APPLICABILITY 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements with and activities at PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s. 

With the BOOKWHEN Online Registration and/or payment for a class, course or workshop, the client agrees with the Terms and Conditions of PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s. 

PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s can change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be modified on our website. 

GENERAL 

When a client fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s is allowed to refuse services to the client. Please be aware that the intake of alcohol, or any type of drug is not allowed at the studio, before or during classes, workshops, open training or parties. 

PERSONAL DATA 

The online registration on our BOOKWHEN page needs to be filled completely and truthfully. PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s will keep this information strictly confidential. 

PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s uses personal data to inform clients about changes, class cancellations, events, promotions, and other useful information that our members will need. 

LIABILITY 

The Client realises that participation in our classes at PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s could result in possible personal injury, despite precautions being taken by the studio, accidents and injuries may occur. 

By agreeing with the Terms and Conditions and signing our online release form, the client assumes all risks related to the use of all spaces used by PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s. 

The Client agrees to release PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s from responsibility, including all teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. 

The Client will not hold PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s liable for any personal injury including scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. The Studio will ensure that a First Aid Kit is available in case of minor injuries. 

To maintain the safety of our members, some classes are run by levels. PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s will provide progressions and regressions for our members as part of a class but is important that our clients adhere with their levels for a more efficient and safe class.

CLASSES, COURSES & WORKSHOPS 

The reservation is completed when the payment of the class, course or workshop fee has been received by PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s. BOOKWHEN is our booking system. We run 6-week courses as well as drop-in sessions, depending on the class type/level and will hold workshops on an adhoc basis. 

In the case of a 6-week course, all classes have to be used each consecutive week (same time and day). Classes cannot be carried over and no credits will be issued for missed classes. The schedule for the full course is stated on our BOOKWHEN schedule. 

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all drop-in classes. Please cancel your booking on the BOOKWHEN system as soon as possible so the space in the class can be taken by another member. 

Clients that cancel 24 or more hours before the start of the class can transfer to another class, this should be done through our BOOKWHEN system.  

In the case of a “late cancel” (when a student cancels less than 24 hours before the start of the class) the fee for the class cannot be refunded and the class will be seen as a participated. 

Workshops are non-refundable, if you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s via info@brassmonkeyspoledancing.com as soon as possible. 

Bookings for classes, courses and workshops are personal and cannot be used by/transferred to another person. 

If classes, courses, or workshops are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or if there are not enough participants, members will be emailed, and classes will be refunded as a credit in the BOOKWHEN system. 

OPEN TRAINING 

 

When booking an open training session at PAND PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s the client understands that no tuition will be given during the session. The client accepts that they train at their own risk and will not hold PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s liable for any personal injury including scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after their open training session. The client understands that they should not provide anyone else attending the session tuition, in doing so they will assume full liability. The Studio will ensure that a First Aid Kit is available in case of minor injuries. 

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS 

Clients are aware that they may be photographed or videoed during classes and workshops. I acknowledge that photos or videos may be published by PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s and release all rights or claims to any videos. 

Videos and Pictures can only be used in a positive way to express our Art/ Sport. Students are permitted to film their own material unless otherwise advised by guest instructors. 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS 

If the client knows of any medical conditions they might have (e.g., heart problems, bone/ joint problems, skin allergies to our equipment, etc) that may prevent you from engaging in physical activity, please advise our Team in advance so we can be aware and work in the safest way possible. 

STUDIO HIRE LIABILITY WAIVER 

The Client/s (person/s hiring the studio) will not hold PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s liable for any personal injury including scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after their classes. The Client/s (person/s hiring the studio) will take full responsibility and liability for all their clients taught in their classes and will release PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s from all liability and responsibility. It is the Client/s (person/s hiring the studio) responsibility to ensure their insurance covers them for all activities and teaching they are undertaking whilst on PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s premises. The Studio will ensure that a First Aid Kit is available in case of minor injuries. 

PARTY LIABILITY WAIVER 

The Client realises that participation in our parties at PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s could result in possible personal injury, despite precautions being taken by the studio, accidents and injuries may occur. 

By agreeing with the Terms and Conditions and signing our release form (via email confirmation), the client assumes all risks related to the use of all spaces used by PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s. 

The Client agrees to release PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s from responsibility, including all teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by PANDORA’S LTD T/A Brass Monkeys by Pandora’s from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future.
